	Frequently Asked Questions  (FAQ's) Here are some of our answers to the most commonly asked questions.  If you do not find your answer here, please email us at support@wordstoknow.com.
	Can I submit a paper copy of my manuscript instead of a file? No.  We use a software program to analyze your manuscript.  It requires standard file formats.  Please submit your manuscript as a .doc, .txt, or .rtf file.
	What about PDF files? At this time we are only accepting manuscript submissions in .doc, .txt, and .rtf file formats.
	It's been more than a week.  Where's my report? We strive to complete each analysis within one week of receiving a manuscript.  During peak times following special promotions, volumes may be high and it may take longer.  If you haven't heard from us in a week, feel free to email us at support@wordstoknow.com.
	I have several manuscripts that I want to submit.  Do you offer discounts for multiple submissions? We have no standard volume discount policy at this time.  However, if you have a special request, please contact us at admin@wordstoknow.com.
